HOW IT WORKS
The AirScream is an experience delivered.
We bring the trailer to your special event, brand activation, quinceañera, music festival, wherever there are people who need some fun. So, basically everyone everywhere.
Here are some things to know . . .
THE KARAOKE Our entire system is run on an app that has 35,000+ songs available. All songs are selected by the singer on an iPad and is entirely self-service. For larger events, a host of The AirScream will run all song queues.
TIME A minimum 4 hour service is required. Less time may be negotiated under some circumstances.
POWER The trailer must have access to a dedicated 20 amp circuit within 50 feet. During summer/warmer months, an additional 20 amp circuit for air conditioning is required, or we can supply a generator (we use a Honda EU2200i).
CAPACITY 12 people with no city/state Covid restrictions. Your city/state's mandates will determine percentage of capacity allowed at the time of the event.
THE LOUNGE All of the comforts of a traditional Japanese karaoke room and then some including a dry bar with refrigerator and "dump sink."

FAQS
ARE YOU AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF SEATTLE?
For sure! Additional travel fees will be applied accordingly. Travel beyond Seattle in winter is limited, however can be arranged.
CAN THE AIRSCREAM BE HIRED AS A LOUNGE ONLY?

IS THERE A TOILET?
No.
IS THERE HEAT AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes! We need a separate 20 amp circuit to run the A/C or we can provide a generator.
DOES THE AIRSCREAM SUPPLY BOOZE?
No. You will need to work with a caterer or event planner to properly execute any banquet/liquor licenses. We have recommendations on the best vendors for your shindig!
CAN THE TRAILER BE BRANDED?
Yes! We can do a partial or full wrap, custom window inserts, interior signage and fridge wraps. This sucker was made for your logos!
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE IN PLACE REGARDING COVID-19?
We are currently on hold for booking until Phase 4 has been activated in Washington state. No travel beyond WA will be booked until then as well. All sanitation efforts are outlined in your booking agreement regarding cleanliness of the trailer, its surfaces, its contents, and microphones as well as compliance with all guidelines as mandated by your event production team and local/state protocols.
ABOUT us
We're a couple of career #eventprofs who thought the world needed a mobile karaoke experience. We are pretty sure we are correct on this assumption.
Kelli Bielema has over 20 years in event & entertainment production including running the award-winning Shindig Events. Vanessa Resler is Seattle's long-running KJ/DJ extraordinaire, Baby Van Beezly, with weekly karaoke nights throughout the city as well as entertaining masses at corporate and private events.
